My DD has 3 AG Dolls that are in very good condition...she really didn't play with them much at all. We don't have the boxes or tags or paperwork, but they have the original clothes and their hair is in pretty good condition considering they've been in storage for 10 years.
I have a friend who is interested...what should my DD ask for them? 1/2 the original cost or maybe a little more considering they have all the clothes and are in good shape?
DD is saving $ for her wedding...never cared anything about those dolls. Just hope her grandma who gave them to her, never finds out...

I would say 1/2 sounds fair. Can I buy one? |

Maybe $60 - 70? That is the most I would consider buying used dolls for. My daughter is just getting into AG Dolls.

I would agree on half. I would also be interested. Which ones does she have?

Do you have any dolls of the year? They go for more money. Certain dolls are worth more. |

Depends on the doll. There are a few that have been retired over the last few years that she'd be able to get more for.

Generally speaking they go for about $60 used in good condition. The very first dolls we bought - a girl sold us three for $75 total in pristine condition with all the accessories - have never seen anything like that again. |

I agree that if the dolls are retired she could probably get closer to retail for them.

Thanks for all the replies!
I'm going to make SURE she wants to sell them...then I'll let those of you interested know.
I didn't mean to make this a "sales" thread....I wouldn't go against 2ps rules.

You could check closed auctions on eBay to see what those specific dolls have been selling for. |
