My mother remembers a song she heard at a Christmas mass once, but cannot find now.
She does not know all of the lyrics, but she has the gist of some of it.
This is what she remembers:
There is joy, joy, in which we all can share
There is peace, peace throughout God's kingdom everywhere
and something along the lines of....
With the shepherds and the angels let us ....... for the boy, who has (Brought or given) us? such wondrous joy.
I have googled those lines and variants of those lines to death, and I cannot find anything. I'd like to find a copy of the song for her, but I have no clue what it is.
If anyone has a clue, I would be so appreciative.

As it doesn't come up on google etc, your best bet would be to ask at whatever Church she heard it at. In my experience many Churches alter the lyrics to well known songs and it may well be peculiar to that congregation, iykwim?

BTT just in case anyone has ever heard of this.
I will definitely suggest she contact the music director/choir leader/etc. at the church, but before I do that I still want to try to see if I can somehow surprise her with it. | |

I have no idea what Joy Joy Joy is and can't find that either, so I don't know.
All I found was some kids singing something called Joy, joy, joy down in my heart, and it definitely is nothing at all like that. | |

No, it's definitely neither of those, either, but thank you.
I'm thinking more and more that UKSue must be right. Bummer, though, since I doubt I'll be finding a recording of it if that is the case. | |
