Dd got a kindle fire for Christmas. I have an amazon account but don't necessarily want her to have access to my library. I'm new to prime as well. Should I set up the account for her and tie prime to it? Any tips and tricks are appreciated!!

I set all 3 boys' up with their own accounts last year. I bought prepaid Visa cards for that purpose. I did not want them to be able to buy things at will with my credit card! It has worked great. Well, except when my stepson needs his reset or something and his idiotic mother calls me repetitively.

I set my boys up on their own account. One day I was on the wrong account and purchased a book. My son downloaded it from the archive and read it. Luckily it was Sarah's Key, so not inappropriate, but definitely mature content for a 12-year-old boy. He liked it and we did talk about a few parts. Luckily I did not repeat that mistake when I bought 50 Shades of Gray.
