I'm jealous too. Those pesky TV guys were saying 2-4 inches for St. Louis, then an inch, then a dusting...poop. Nothing.  Just a tiny bit south they are getting a bunch though....perhaps I should take a drive  
So all you guys getting snow....put on your houseshoes and run out in the yard in your jammies - and GET US A PIC OF THE SNOW!!!! Us snow loving Peas will be most appreciative |

Last night the weather men had us thinking we were going to wake up to a possible 12 inches of snow...maybe 6" if we were lucky. We had a nice covering of ice instead.

There's a blizzard warning here. It's been snowing for a little over an hour, and we already have an inch of snow. I'm so glad I don't have to go anywhere today. | |

I'm about 2 1/2 hours SE of St. Louis. We have 12 inches of snow, with one drift in my yard measuring 20 inches! We haven't had snow like this in close to 6 years or more. My batteries are dead in my camera or I would post pics!
We still have snow coming down now, but it should stop in the next hour and a half. We also have a chance of snow on Friday...
My kids are LOVING this!

The view from our window sucks (chain link fence and a parking lot) so I'll post a pic we took in April. This is about a 15 minute drive from town. I don't know how to re-size it in photobucket - sorry
We do have snow right now.

We were suppose to get 10-12 inches, then it went to 6-10 inches then we were told we'd get 4-6 inches. And we ended up with ZERO, it is so cold and windy though
It would have been nice to have some of that white stuff but it didn't happen in our area

Um, it's white. All over the place. Pull out a Christmas card and gaze on it. Now envision cars driving through it and it turns all brown or black and gunky.
Next, envision driving through an intersection in which you cannot stop, because of cycles of freezing and more snow, and now there is a slab of ice about 50 feet from the stop sign and across the entire road way.
