We're having baked chicken, baked potatoes (sweet and russet) and broccoli. What's for dinner at your house?

It's been snowing all day so a perfect soup day. I'm making Pioneer Woman's Perfect Potato Soup with cheesy garlic biscuits.

Wednesday night a friend and I got together and made chicken quesadillas for dinner and some for our freezers. Last night the same friend came over again and I taught her how to make knephla (a German dumpling). Her DH joined us later and we had sausage & knephla and salads
