Wow, that is an awesome deal for anyone looking to buy a Clarisonic. I just got the Clarisonic Plus and have been using for about 3 weeks and love it. My face feels great and using the body brush on my legs has really helped keep my chronic eczema under control. Thanks for taking the time to share the deal. I'm sure it will help someone out. | |

Thanks for posting this! I have been on the fence for awhile trying to decide bewteen the Mia or one of the pricier versions, but this clinched the deal for me. One is now on the way to me, yipee!

Well it was on the charger for 24 hr, still only pulses once (should be twice) when fully charged. I tried to register it on clarisonic's site, but it says my lot number is invalid.
 I am afraid they may be counterfeit units.
Unfortunately customer service isn't open over the weekend.

I have been researching since the spree because I bought two and apparently a recent deal on the Naked 2 palette turned out to be fakes. I was nervous and tried to cancel my order but can't get a response from the company. |

Well, I talked to customer service, they say my lot number "is not an authorized number". I found one deal site with multiple people who had ordered the units. It seems like some can register them and some can't. I don't know where they got the devices from, whether they are "grey market" or reconditioned...but they sure don't inspire a lot of confidence.

I still haven't received mine. I did finally get a reply back from Sharing Spree, but it was literally just word for word from the website about how my spree will automatically ship to me. They never addressed my request for a refund, ect.
Have you had any luck contacting them for a refund? |

I have been following the comments on this site and it sounds like they are all fakes, even the ones people were able to register.
You should Definitly contact them for a return shipping label and refund. Hopefully you won't get the run around like some people have. I haven't been able to get through on the phone to them so just sent the email. Waiting to hear.

I emailed Sharing Spree and they said that they will ship in two to four weeks from purchase. Well, tomorrow is four weeks. I am so mad. I do not hold any hope that I will even receive a fake one at this point! | |

I got an email back from them stating that they would be sending me a return label and issuing a refund. I haven't even gotten the clarisonic yet! I also got an email that a refund had been given but it hasn't shown up on my bank account. I suggest everyone contact the company and get the ball rolling so they can get a refund ASAP. | |

Bumping to ask about this. I was excited to buy a Clarisonic but was apprehensive after reading all the later comments about the trouble some of you were having. I was relieved when I got my unit and successfully registered it with Clarisonic - I figured that if I was able to register it then it must be a valid unit, right?
Well, unfortunately not. I used it for only a couple of weeks and then saw that it was beginning to rust underneath the brush head. I contacted Clarisonic and they told me that my unit was counterfeit.
I attempted to get in touch with Sharing Spree numerous times with no response, so I finally just contacted my CC company to dispute it. I am hopeful that I get my money back one way or another.
Has anyone here who got a Clarisonic Mia through Sharing Spree received a valid unit?
