I had a 2004 Pilot (I bought it new) with 100K on it that I just sold (for a great price). It was good car and had zero serious issues (my CD player stopped working a few months before I sold it).

I loved it so much that I bought a 2013 Pilot. I looked around at other similar cars (Highlander, Enclave, MDX, etc) but honestly the Pilot had the best bang for your buck and was the most interior room (seats 8 and the new one has been redesigned with even more space than my old model).

ETA: The new design of the Pathfinder intrigued me, but I didn't want to buy the first year of a revamp - maybe I'll check it out next time I'm in the market - after all the kinks have been worked out.

Pilots are super popular around here...in our 'hood they are the new "minivan." I haven't owned one though.

We do currently have a Pathfinder...that thing has been a rock. It was my dh's for 10 years and he just passed it onto our son when he got his license.

I had a 2006 Pathfinder and loved it. I just sold it a couple of months ago and I miss it dearly. I cringe every time I see it, wishing I had it back. That is one regret I have, but I used the money to pay off my daughters wedding. One day........

Love my Highlander. It is easy to drive and very comfortable. I have taken it on many long solo trips and never worried about how the car breaking down. We have had four Toyotas and have never had trouble with the cars.

Yep In dd's 4-H club there are three people with Pilots.

We do tend to have larger vehicles if the families are showing dogs. We finally gave in and got our first SUV last year, but it's a 4Runner.

2008 Highlander. LOVE it. Love it so much, convinced friends of ours to get one too. BUT- theirs was American made, and they've had nothing but problems with it - electrical especially. Ours came over on the boat from Japan, and we haven't had a single problem of any kind.

Plan on keeping it until it falls to dust.

I own three Hondas, one of which is an older model (2005) Pilot. No complaints; love the roominess and comfort of the ride.

When my Pilot dies I will be buying another Honda.

I only buy Honda.

We have a 2005 Pathfinder and love it! We may be selling soon though because we want to add another child to our family and need the extra room. I've heard they redesigned the Pathfinder recently so we may look at that, or we may go up a size to the Armada. FWIW, I believe Pathfinders have good resale value. The dealership has offered to buy ours before!

We have a 2004 Pilot and LOVE it! Absolutely NO problems in all these years! We have been able to fit 8 adults in it too! Pilots (well, at least our 2004 model) also have very high safety ratings!

Pilot owner here too! I'm on my 2nd one. First one was a 2003 & traded it in for a 2007 just last year. This one has a sunroof & heated seats. We are very loyal to Honda! Dh got a Ridgeline & absolutely LOVES it!

I haven't owned any, but just jumping in because I have driven both the Highlander and Pathfinder and preferred the Highlander.

However, I am a huge Toyota fan, hubby and I just bought our 7th new Toyota and we have had nothing but great experiences with them.

We bought a Pilot when they first rolled off the line in 2003. Our teenagers now drive that one and we're on our second Pilot (2012). Love both cars and really love the new one because all the little things that bugged me about the first one, got fixed.
