Well, under that photo it states:

A similar peppermint cake on Southern Livingâ€™s website calls for three packages of cream cheeseâ€”and thatâ€™s not counting what goes into the frosting.
So, it seems to be from a year end collection of recipes? Similar one on the website though.

If it's from their annual recipe book, you can probably get that at the library.
