I requested funds from my available balance on Oct. 7, 2012. I was supposed to receive them no later than Dec. 14 per the company policy. I'm still waiting. I have now called 4 times, been fed four lines. Now I'm supposed to get the check in a week. Meanwhile, the amount of my check has been debited from my account. So I am out the money I requested yet did not recieve and it's been withdrawn by Upromise from my funds.

I've asked to speak to supervisors and been told NO. They weren't available and I could not talk to them . I am on recorded lines and they did admit that I called on xyz days.

WTH kind of business is this?

File a complaint with your state Attorney General's office.

I'll give them ten days. That gives them a window of opportunity. If I don't get it then, I will.
