You were such a great help with finding a thermos I thought I would ask what lunchbox you recommend for a 9 year old girl?

Thanks

We like the PBKids ones. They last a long time and you can get them personalized.

get a generic insulated bag. by 5th grade, most kids would bring lunch in paper sack...initials on the bag will seem childish in a year or two.

don't over invest in this stuff.

another vote for generic insulated bags. Target usually has a nice variety in shape, size and colors.

Generic?! Not a chance with my 2 girls! THey are 11 and 8 and I let them pick out any insulated lunch tote sold by 31 and they chose the brightest bags and then paired them up with personalization in lime green and hot pink...

But I do love the insulated lunch totes by 31. THey are pretty roomy and they keep things cold for lunch. They fit in the book bags fine. They are more of a purse shape than the square generic ones you can buy at the store.
