Do you bake the potato before cutting it and scooping out some potato before cooking it again with cheese on top? Or do you cut it raw, scoop it and then cook it? Thanks!

Bake first. I use the insides for potato casserole.

Bake it first.

I like to flip the skins upside down and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Then bake on high temp (450). Once they start to get crispy, flip them back over and fill with cheese and then back in oven to melt.

I bake them first, scoop and re-bake.

Bake, scoop, bake again empty for about 10 minutes to get them a little crispy, stuff, then bake with the filling for another 10 minutes.
