I use Purity Made Simple as my cleanser. It doesn't dry my face but it practically melts makeup off.
I have been using Tarte's Maracuja Oil and Coconut oil as my moisturizers at night. During the day, I use the Maracuja oil and Philosophy's Breeze moisturizer.
I have very dry skin, especially in winter, and these have really helped my skin.

There are alot of things you can try. I like Philosophy's all in one cleanser.
If you want to deal with your skin naturally, this is what I use:
Oddly enough, coconut oil (the cheap stuff @ WalMart) dissolves makeup, dry skin flakes and oil.
I use it like my grandma used cold cream.
Baking soda is a gentle abrasive, especially when mixed with the cocounut oil. Just rinse it all off when done.
I keep baking soda in a parmesan type cheese shaker next to my bath. You don't need soap or toner after. Just rinse with warm water.

I use Philosophy Microdelivery cleanser with my clarisonic. I use a number of moisturizers, just depending on what I have on hand. I also use plain coconut oil on those days when I feel really dried out.
Drinking plenty of water makes a big difference too. I struggle with getting enough (I hate having to pee all the time!), and I can really tell.
