Looking into getting a Dream Number bed (similar to Sleep Number). Will it help my back issues?

I have done a decent amount of research on this brand and it seems to be better quality (and cheaper) than the Sleep Number brand. Does anyone have an air style bed? Does it make a difference? My back hurts so often lately and I don't sleep well most nights. (Not to mention that we will be moving up from a full to a queen). Thanks in advance for all your help!
