I don't know if other people are like this, but almost every day of my life something that happens that reminds me of a Seinfeld episode. DH and I were just cracking up, because he had an encounter where he thought of the perfect comeback way too late. So of course we thought of the episode where George had the same situation and his perfect line was:

"Oh yeah? The jerk store called, and they're running out of YOU."

Do you have a favorite line? Post it!

Just today we referred to the boy who drives my 10 year old crazy in school in that "Newman" voice: "Micah."

And we always do: "There was no pick!"

It's on almost every night on TBS and I never, ever get tired of it. Ever.

"Serenity Now!"

Funny story...

Some of you know that I work in a childrens hospital OR....one day I was working with a couple of urologists and a resident on a laparoscopy case.
The female attending is relatively new and her senior partner has been an attending for about 20 years. She was also his resident before she joined their practice as an attending.

Anyway, the female attending and the resident were causing the other attending to run out of patience and all of a sudden he turned to me and said, "I'm just about all out of serenity nows"
I LMAO! And new exactly what he meant without him telling them he was about to blow a gasket on the both of them.

So funny!

The Penske file!

I have mentioned before that I was laid off after a merger. For the month or two before the layoffs, there was literally almost nothing for my department to do, the new company wasn't giving us any projects. So we got a lot of mileage out of "the Penske file," LOL!

Master of my own domain...

Dave Barry on Christmas...
"In the old days, it was not called the Holiday Season; the Christians called it 'Christmas' and went to church; the Jews called it 'Hanukka' and went to synagogue; the atheists went to parties and drank. People passing each other on the street would say 'Merry Christmas!' or 'Happy Hanukka!' or (to the atheists) 'Look out for the wall!'"

My daughter was just telling me the other day that I think everything in life relates back to a Seinfeld episode. And it's true! I was buying a loaf of marble rye with her one day and told her about that episode. "Shut up you old bag!"

I am also always saying "You stole my Jesus fish!"

Or how about George's answering machine: "Believe it or not, George isn't at home...."
