Not sure why but that's where they were. These are heavier than the usual ones and have a small cable knit in the pattern. Not sure how heavy you're looking for but they sure are nice. Comfy, no problems with rolling or needing to tug at them.

I would wear tights with boots and skirts, not leggings.
My favorite leggings are Vince Camuto from Nordstrom. More like pants.

I really like ones from Gap Body. They aren't super cheap but they aren't crazy expensive either and they don't roll at the waist.

Do you mean tights or leggings?
For leggings - JCrew.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have some tights and they are OK except for the waist rolling thing that is so annoying. I was thinking leggings would be good to try but there are bajillions of options! Now I at least have somewhere to start.

I have a pair from Victoria's Secret that I really like. Not terribly expensive either.

Spanx sells some, but honestly if you are wearing them with boots no one will no they are leggings so you could in theory just wear some tights.
Leggings are good for when you wear flats.
ETA - Should also have said heels. But you get the idea, the bottoms aren't covered up

I like the Hue 'Ultra' Wide Waistband leggings from Nordstrom.

Nordstrom's workout brand Zella (who has one of the designers from lululemon) has a fantastic pair of leggings 'Live In' and I love them. They have a nice wide waistband that doesn't roll for me, which is my biggest peeve with tights too.
...although looking at the Hue leggings, I'm definitely going to have to check those out too!

I love the ones from the Danskin website. I think they are about $37, but they last forever and have a little spandex in them.
