Snapseed got really good reviews. I haven't used it yet. Also I believe it's tomorrow that a new app by Adobe will be released. I think it's called Adobe Photoshop Touch. Apparently it was released on Android first and the iPad release has been eagerly anticipated according to tech news on Flipboard.
