Does anyone know of a good UK printer that possibly does framing as well? I was going to use WHCC to print & ship a framed photo to my mother in law but the shipping rates are outrageous. Any suggestions?

Perhaps Photobox.co.uk would suffice - I only use them for photo prints but have had no issues.
