I did a maternity session for one of the girls at work - it almost seemed like I approached it more as if I was shooting a senior or something with the type of posing maybe. I was a little out of my element but thought I would share some of these anyways. And of course any CC would be so helpful!

If those are poses the mom was comfortable with, I happen to think they are perfectly appropriate for a maternity shot. Not every mom wants to get half undressed and show a bare belly. Looks like you did a nice job, especially since she was wearing something I would have felt challenged to get the color right with.

She is such a beautiful mama! My only CC for you would be to watch leg positioning with full body shots. in #2 and #3, possibly have her bend the leg closest to you rather than the back one- the curve helps the hip and thigh to flow for the most flattering look. The field shot is beautiful! I might suggest having her rest her hands over and under her belly or hold something. Where it is resting can emphasise her hips and butt rather than the beautiful belly!
LOVE the last one! I am sure they will be in love with these!
