the one nikon shop is out of the camera i really want so is there another good site that has sales for christmas
i have gooled but I do not know anyting about the sites..
figured the peas would be a good source so I wouldnt buy from the wrong site! Thanks for any info....

B&H, Adorama and Amazon.THAT'S IT (other than the well-known big box retailers like Target, Best Buy, Costco, etc).

If you see a deal that 'too good to be true', it probably is. And it'll likely be offered by some OTHER NYC/NJ-based photo company (like Ryther Camera) -- you will have nothing but problems. Stick to those three places or a big box retailer. Personally, I do all my shopping from B&H or Amazon -- they always have the best prices and free shipping and no tax!

I also like B&H and Amazon, not so much Adorama. I also like J&R, they've been very helpful and they go out of their way to help you, so now if I see a deal, I want to buy it, I'll call up J&R and see if they'd price match for me so I buy from them.
