There has recently been a change in our Customer Loyalty Program. While the economy and the Two Peas business has changed, our program had not changed in fourteen years. In order to be able to continue offering a discount to our customers, we did have to make alterations. We hope you can understand that while some businesses we've seen have done away with programs like this all together, we still wanted to offer rewards and incentives for our customers.
Shopping with us is no longer the only way to enter our Customer Loyalty Program. You can now earn points simply by being active in our community, which I know so many of you are! This change rewards not only the shopper, but the crafter who loves to chat with other crafters, share their work in our gallery, etc. We value your presence and participation here, and our new program reflects that.
Here is a current breakdown for how you can earn points in the community on a regular basis:
Message board: 5 points/post (not on NSBR, up to 300 pts/month)
Project uploads: 25 points/project (up to 325 pts/month)
Discounted product is not excluded in the point system, though purchasing full price product will reward you with more. Enjoy other benefits of the program like special promotions and advanced sale notifications, perks we had not offered before.
Look for special events and opportunities throughout the year for earning points. I *may* have overheard ideas like "Double-point weekends" and "earn point just by logging in from the Two Peas app" thrown around in our meetings at Two Peas.
