Most importantly, I'm trying to not fall behind on this.

Sorry I missed the last couple challenges while I was away. Hoping I can get back on track. I'll have to think on this one though.... my mind is kind of blank on wait or waiting....... I'll see what I can come up with. |

I have my idea and was all set to take the pic where I was going to take it and on the way there was fiddling with my camera and NO CARD! UGH! Well at least it happened before I took pics and so I was not disappointed...hoping to be able to get the same kind of shot later this week.

I posted this challenge on FB and got so many comments I was shocked. It was like everyone could think of so many and my mind was kinda blank. My mother said taking people waiting in line at the store and I thought that was the best since we do that so often, but I never took my camera to the store so I did this probably our last snow in Indiana for the year.  |

It was so dreary, gray, rainy, and foggy today so I thought I would try to capture that.

When my granddaughter comes to visit this is her favorite park. She especially loves the pink pig. |

Liza, I really like your b/w conversion. And her expression is just too cute. I just want to add that I really wish the eye in the foreground was the one in focus though.
gardencat - love 'em both. Esp. the first ... I, too, am waiting patiently for spring.
Jennifer - So cool that you posted this on FB too. There are so many takes on this theme. In fact I was in IKEA over the weekend, and only after I arrived home did I realize that I should have taken this pic there ... the lines were SOOOO long. Nice photo too, it fits the theme really well. I am glad to hear that the snow is on the way out.
JoAnn - looks like great minds really do think alike. We are all waiting for spring. I love your composition and processing on this one.
