I had my grandkids pictures done for Easter. The photographer doesn't print pics but gives a CD. When I viewed them on the computer they look really good, but when they were printed they don't look good at all. One of them of my 7y/o DGD standing holding an Easter basket her legs look like they had the worst spray tan and her arm looks like it's outline in dark brown with a huge brown spot on the inside of her arm. I've taken them to 2 different places and they look the same. I've had pictures printed at both these places before with great success. I've also had pictures done by this photographer before and had really like them
Has anyone ever experienced this? I have let let photographer know. She even printed some and had the same problem. She also sent some to a lab to see how they turn out.

I would have the photographer look at that exact file, maybe he included the wrong version of the file when he gave you the disc. She/He wouldn't want you to print and display a photo like that I am sure they will help you out.
