I uploaded my photos to the walgreens site, the files had borders and most were two 3x4's a sheet. Walgreens cropped out the borders even though it was kind of obvious they were supposed to be there. Is there any way I can get them to include the borders in the photo?

You have to account for bleed when your photos are printed. Most printers cannot print all the way to the edge of the paper, so your image gets "cut off" at the edges. I would suggest doing a test print first to see how much bleed you need to account for.
