I'm so honored to have my photo chosen for the Sept. challenge. Since this is the start of October, and Autumn is in full swing here, I'm going with Fall colors for this month, but it must include more than one Fall color. The colors I'd consider Fall colors are red, maroon, orange, yellow, gold and brown and variations of those colors.

*Please make sure the photo includes more than one of these colors*

I look forward to seeing everything you guys come up with!

Enter as many times as you like, and we welcome newbies too.

Winner of the previous color challenge will state the color for the challenge and then pick the winner. The winner will then be responsible for starting the next color for November and choose the winner-so on and so forth!

PREVIOUS COLORS:
Jan- Sparkle&Shine
Feb- Spring Green
March- Pastels
April-50 shades of Yellow
May-Blue
June-Bold
July-Kaleidoscope
August- Turquoise
September - Red

The Previous Color Challenge Winner may participate, but is not eligible for winning the challenge.

All pictures must be NEW!!! This is to help you learn and get to shooting more.

Congrats Lori!!! Jumping right in here with one I took this week at a shoot at a shop in Bucharest. This lady has some really unique things that you just can't get in this country.

Beautiful work ladies! Meg, what are those? Whatever they are, they're interesting looking.

I'm throwing a few images out there for ideas or inspiration, mostly because I'm bored and felt like going out to shoot anything I could...til it started raining

I think they are antique paint jars. I can tell you they were super expensive... LOL... hence why I just have the photo and not that actual jars in my house! ha!

Fall is really my favorite time of year! It's cooler, but not too cold. The colors are amazing! I love the smell of wood smoke coming from chimneys. Not too mention Halloween! The only thing I hate about Fall is that it is the shortest season. Or seems like it. All the beautiful colors only last a short time, then all you see is a gray, dreary landscape.

I think a photography class should be a requirement in all educational programs because it makes you see the world rather than just look at it.

Jackie, you have such a great personal style, I can recognize your photos from a mile away. Really love that one of the leaves on the park bench.

You guys really made this month a difficult one, but I scrolled thru all the photos 3 times, and the same one kept jumping out at me, not only because of the lovely colors but because of the gorgeous DOF...and that photo is the park bench with the leaves, that belongs to Jackie (coolbeans). Congratulations and I can't wait to see what you come up with for November.

Thank you so much I am so surprised and honored to have my image chosen. So many lovely images I am sure it was a tough choice. I'll post a new thread giving the color and restating the rules. Thanks again Lori.
