I dropped my Sony RX100 point and shoot. It fell about 12" or less
and hit the ground (cement). The camera is only about 6 months old. I feel sick we paid $600 for the camera. Thank god it was not my 60D. Anyway, should I contact Sony direct or take it back to the camera store to have them send it in? When it fell on the cement the flash came open and I closed it with out any problem I did not have to force it to close. The body has been damaged and the flash will not pop up anymore because the housing is bent.
