Ok here is a loaded question. I have a Cannon EOS 650D and i absolutely LOVE it! I loved the blurred background look and think that i have it accomplished but What does the ISO range need to be to get he blurred background? any other tips to go with my camera?

Hi Katie and welcome! Congrats on the camera. If you are new to dslrs the easiest way to get the blurred background would be to put it on portrait mode and position the person far away from the background. Using a zoom lens and zooming the person in will help you too.
If you are more advanced and can shoot in manual then you want to decrease the number of your fstop (aperture).
The ISO effects the sensitivity to light. A higher iso will allow you to shoot in lower light and still achieve proper exposure. It may make your shots grainy though depending on how high you set it and how you expose it.
