here are the details for my Winterfest 2011 challenge,
Just Add Glitter
Create a new stamped project that uses glitter. You can use loose glitter, Stickles glitter glue, glitter embossing powder, Spica glitter pens, or even a premade glittered embellishment or paper to compliment your stamped project. Feel free to combine this with any of the other challenges just as long as you make something new for the challenge.

The challenge runs from March 5 - 13 and the checkbox will be WF11 Just Add Glitter to get it entered in the challenge.
The prize is a random draw for Technique Tuesday's Petite Posies stamp set.

Hi, Laura! Terrific challenge! I love glitter! And I adore the stamp set you picked as your RAK! The flower is gorgeous and I love the big fat "hello"! It would look so cute paper pieced!

Since I often do a dab of glitter here and there I decided to go all the way this time and cover the background. Here is my card in the gallery.
Thank Laura, your challenge made me stretch from my usual glitter looks.

Liked your piece, Jan. Did you realize, however, that you used 'SF11' instead of 'WF11'? You might want to reload it with that. (Yeah, I know the gateway issue is a bummer)
I'm making progress, Laura! So far I've glittered my metal flower & added glitter to my new peacock stamp & the inchie BG.
Found several bottles of Duncan Crystals. I like them since they let me color & glitz in one step.

Here's mine entry: Be Happy card
I added Stickles glitter glue to the flower petals and used a Sakura Stardust clear glitter gel pen on the bee's wings.

Here is my card for this challenge, using glitter is actually not a real challenge, as I love to add glitter to everything, even my dog gets a little sprinkle when she hangs out with me in my scraproom!!

Laura...I praised and CASED'd your card and I added glitter too...
LOVE your card, except a rose doesn't work so well for tropical, so I had to make mine vintage-y.

Here is my entry for this challenge. I love using glitter as an accent. I used Ranger Fired Brick glitter around the window, in the center of the small squares and on some of the swirl. Thanks for the challenge. I also used this card in the Kiss Me challenge.

Here is a cute St. Patrick's Day card I made for the "Sew Cute" challenge , but since I had to add glitter ( big surprize) I wanted to submit it to this challenge too. The stamped images are from Magnolia, which I hand cut out, and colored with my Copics. Added some simple stitching and glitter.

I just *had* to break out the new pearlescent purple glitter I bought yesterday. The flowers were stamped with glue and covered wtih the glitter.
