Good Saturday!

My latest Saturday Card Sketch Challenge is up AND it seems to be in the right spot. So let's hope the badges will work right this week too.

I hope you'll check it out and create a card this week based on the sketch.

LOL, Kimber! Doncha love technology?!

I definitely like this week's sketch. And your sample is equally interesting. That said, however, I have a question...

Your example has more elements than you included in the sketch. Was that on purpose? If so, that's very cool! Lets players know they can play...

Thanks for another great challenge! I love 'patchwork' piecing!

yes, mine has a lot more 'elements' because i want people to add their own touches after they've built their card from the basic sketch.

you'll notice that all my extra 'elements' are all on that center panel. that panel can be utilized in MANY different ways!

have at it!

Thanks, Kimber. I like the block-type sketch.

Marshia, I love your cards. I especially like the way you made one section of the background special.

Thanx, Kimber. Since I'm out of practice working from (others) sketches, I appreciate the info.

Great pieces, Marshia! TFS!

LOL, Daria! Read your comment on the gallery & chuckled...

I was so inspired, I made TWO cards last night. I'll have to take a pic when we have good sunlight, though.

I think this one looked more daunting than it ended up being.

Thanks!

Looking forward to seeing them, Furry!

Definitely enjoying the sketch 'takes' thus far. Gonna work on mine today. Might even use a 'sentiment'

I switched this one up a little but I think the sketch inspiration is still pretty visable. I hope you like.

Here's my entry for this week. A sunset I saw last week inspired the colors I used in this challenge.

Daniel, just letting you know I added a comment letting you know what I did to make the card. When I see the "comments" section in uploading the project, I just stare at it and am not sure what to put. I guess my comment about how I did the card is put there! LOL!!

I was trying to clean up my craft table today ( a never ending battle) and I came across a couple of owls I made last week for another project then ended up not using, then I saw some scrapes of PP that seemed to go so I ended up making card 2 based on this sketch. Here it is.
