I know the holiday is on the way and there are lots of other things you've got to do but I hope you can find time to play with this color combination. Check out the blog for colors and the twist!

Extra props if you come up with a Christmas/Kwanza card using this combination! |

I was worried about getting this done - but then I reread and see that it doesn
end until the middle of the month - that will make it more doable. I am thinking about it quite a bit. |

I was working on this today have two questions. Does the sentiment need to be less than 1.25 inches also, and can you use white cardstock?

Thanks for askin' Heidi. The answers...No (that would REALLY be a challenge) and yes. |

Cupcakes
This was quite a challenge! I decided to make the colors for the challenge my "flavors" and then I focused the rest of the card around red and brown with the other two colors just being accents. I hope that is okay.
It was fun to do the small stamps, which I simply repeated both the cupcake stamp and the small sentiment stamp. I really like how the sentiment background turned out. Offsetting the rows for this worked out a lot better and I didn't have to be as careful about placement.
Thanks so much for the challenge! |

Hi!
I've completed a card for this challenge! I have to admit I was a bit put off by the colours at first, but then I started playing around with them, nd decided that the shell stamps would go well with them.
I think I'll try this design in other colours - blue maybe...
Thanks for the challenge, Marshia! |

Lol, Heidi, the "interest in the lower left corner" on my card was to cover an accident! Water splashed on the card and left an ugly mark and it took me ages to work out how to fix it, so I'm glad you like it! |

As I was working on my "You kit" that I received in the mail from Ruby Rubber - The card I made would have met your color challenge, but I am too late and my stamped image is too large, but I could have cut it down more to fit.
Anyway wanted to let you know that I did do your challenge and liked the colors. I am ready to get back into crafting after a very craftless year of 2012.
Have a Happy New Year. The card will be posted in the gallery Under Looser's "You" project.
Ann very late colors challenge |
