So are any of you doing project life for 2013? I (of course) want to stamp on my little cards and journaling spaces. Do any of you have some fun ones you like to use or are planning on using?

PL is very appealing to me. I used to scrapbook a lot but now due to time I find myself overwhelmed by it. For now I do mainly cards and home dec projects. Ive scrapped a couple of big events but am still behind!I love the idea of project life. I've seen another form of it where they do it on a monthly basis versus week by week. That's what I've considered trying out. I've seen several Ali Edwards stamp sets that I like. Have you done PL before? I like the idea of making your own cards to add that special touch!

PL is such a fantastic idea. I am also overwhelmed by scrapbooking large layouts now. there just isnt time for me to do that. especially since i am sooooo slow! lol. However, what i have figured out is how to use becky higgins PL divided page protectors to scrapbook with. Instead of doing PL and recording my everyday, I simple scrapbook whatever i desire. I just use all of becky higgins pages to help me with the process. I find it less overwhelming to make a layout about an event using small page protector pockets. For example, i believe it was Lisa from twopeas who did a video for monday keeping memories with the fifth and frolic collection and used a divided page protector to scrap her layout from a trip to Kansas city with her husband. u should definitely watch her video if u havent already. That is basically what i have been doing. I think it would be great if u gave that a try for the year 2013! hope this helps and sorry for the long post! let me know what u think

Me! I have a bunch of Studio AE stamps I am going to use and I also signed up for the SC Day by Day class so I have that stamp set as well.

Nichol Magourik is a Studio AE DT member and she has quite a few examples using a bunch of different brands on her blog.

I bought a TON of stamp sets (mostly Studio Calico) for this very purpose. Now I'm trying to find out what light (yellow, orange, aqua) ink pads would work best. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to stamping. Any suggestions for light ink pads that show up well on light paper?

I designed a couple sets for Technique Tuesday because I wanted to use them on my pocket pages. They are: Fill in the Blank (it's got fill in the blank spots) and In a Nutshell (dates, journaling prompts, boxes to check, etc.). They debuted at cha. Not sure if the sets are coming to 2peas. I sure hope they are!
They are on the TT web site if you want to peek.

Teri that In A Nutshell set was literally the first thing that went on my CHA list. It is perfect! Thank you so very much for sharing your creativity with all of us.

ETA: Xanthippe, try chalk inks. Hero Arts makes shadow inks in a lot of pale colors and they work beautifully with clear stamps as long as they aren't too intricately detailed. They soak into the paper so give it a few minutes to reach its final beauty. Also be warned they so stain stamps but it doesn't affect their quality at all.
