This challenge is about celebrating Golden Oldies! Golden Oldie stamps and Golden Oldie challenges from Winterfests past.
This challenge is to use at least one Golden Oldie stamp in a NEW project that fits a Golden Oldie challenge.- Golden Oldie Stamps are stamps that you love but haven't seen ink in a long time. Preferably stamps at least 1 year old.
- Golden Oldie Challenges include 7 challenges from Winterfests past. I've posted the details of what to do for each challenge and links to their old threads and examples on the blog post.
- When you upload your project check the box for this challenge and use WF13 in your project title.
- Post a link to your project in the gallery on THIS thread.
- Leave Pea Praise for at least one other participant in this challenge.
- You may enter as many times as you want and you may combine with other challenges. Updated: In the interest of not stepping on toes, please do not combine the Golden Oldie My House challenge with Anna-Karin's Make a Scene challenge or April's (StampWilly's) Use Those Scraps challenge.
- If you enter you are also giving me permission to share your winning project on my blog, Gaal Creative.
I will select a random winner from all qualified entries to receive a gently used or duplicate stamp set as a RAK from this collection.
If you have any questions, please ask them here! |

I am eyeing the polymer clay one. What a good idea to do the golden oldies! Thanks for hosting! |

I selected these Golden Oldie challenges, because some of them require a bit more time to play - and we don't always get that kind of time during a particular Winterfest event. So I wanted to give these challenges a second chance. I like to try things other than a card from time to time! |

What a fun idea to revisit past Winterfest challenges! I don't think I did any of these before.
Question: The big stamp I used on Painted Puzzles, prior to it being used then, I had not used for quite awhile. Would using it again here be OK for this challenge? |

Yes, Ellen, you are welcome to use that stamp again!
I love our Stamping Events because it is such a good excuse to get out some of my old favorite stamps and give them a lot of love! |

I used an old favorite, not used much in the past two years before Winterfest and a ruler/stencil that was sitting unopened for several years to create this card. So it's Golden Oldies/Neglected Tools.

I did the Polymer Clay version of this challenge. I do not have many stamps that are older than a year, but I think I picked one that works for this project.

Thanks for the challenge, it was very fun! |

My Golden Oldie are these sweet birds that look like they are having a fun conversation! My trash is a piece of plastic that I was going to throw away from a clear stamp set.

Golden Oldie Stamp- butterfly stamp and I chose to do the Trash 2 Treasure challenge. I used a magazine subscription offer I was going to throw away. I love this card. Butterfly Card |

Exciting! Thanks so much! Although DS broke my piece on Valentine's day, we used up the rest of the pack and made more on his day off of school. I definitely will be using polymer clay more in the future.
Thanks so much for the challenge! |
