Don't know 'bout the rest of my fellow Peas, but I'm getting dead tired of having technical issues with this site--especially when we have events.

While I understand that technolgy is not perfect, there are only so many service tickets I'm willing to put in.

And if the site has problems supporting 'heavy traffic'? Say so!

Thank you for allowing me to vent.

Please return to doing the party stuff.

Yeah, I thought I'd leave some praise while hanging out, but wasn't able to get to the projects. So... I guess I'll wait to upload my card.

Yes it has been frustrating. I have one project completed, but won't even think about trying to upload till tomorrow. I'm going to look and see if it is easier to navigate on the iphone app. Good luck and I really hope it is cleared up soon.

I've been having problems for a few days now, and today is the last straw. I did put in a service ticket; I hope others have also.

Suggestions:
When you submit a message to a post and you get an error message or a blank page or a message that says the page cannot be displayed, don't believe it. If you go back a page and resubmit and resubmit, it doesn't help; you just get three and four messages.

I've been using the copy function on my computer to save the message before clicking on submit. That way I can paste it back in if need be, but I haven't had to today. I just open Two Peas again, and there's the message they said didn't work. I have Two Peas on my Favorites Bar so it's very easy to just click that to open get back to the Stamping Board.

I hope they fix this soon. I want to be able to see people's sample cards and entries. I just tried to post a card in the gallery (optimist that I am), and I couldn't.

I want to play the games too, but it takes the fun out of it when the page won't turn and your message seems to get dumped. I fondly remember a few years when we didn't have these problems, and now they are worse than ever. What happened?

OK. Since we can't play online, we should be doing some of the challenges. I did the Painted Puzzlers (lots of fun), and now I think I'll try Inky Layers x3.

We can have fun in spite of the technical issues here.

ETA: You can delete those extra messages. Just click on the red X at the top of the offending message.

I was having issues on Thursday where I couldn't even get in to log a Service Ticket and called Two Peas at 888-TWO-PEAS (888-896-7327) and they were very helpful. And anytime I've put in a Service Ticket, they've been very responsive, too. I appreciate all that Two Peas does for us! It is not easy running a site like this!

When I put in a service ticket last event they told me they only worked Mon-Friday day time hours. Does anyone know if that means they truly don't work on boardwide issues until Monday?

Anne, I also appreciate what the tech guys do for the board. However, that doesn't stop me from being frustrated especially when this happens during a big event. We invite people to join us, and this is what they see when they show up. It's really too bad.

Jan, I don't know the answer to your question.

I was just able to post my card in the gallery so I guess it's a matter of being persistent and having all the stars aligned just right. LOL.

I noticed during the last event, that I didn't have problems when I logged in with Google Chrome. If I logged in with Explorer, I had problems.

Sage, in the last few days, I've tried Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox--none worked.

Things seem to be working better right now.

I have tons of respect for 2Ps staff, too. But ITA with Daria.

The on-going glitches--starting to get lots today--are not good for either 2Ps or its membership. And, as Daria points out, it's embarassing to get our non-pea friends to join when they run into problems.

While I am willing to stick with it & do my best to get around technical problems, others (including potential 2Ps customers) may not have my 'Zen' attitude.
