I'm looking for a white ink that stamps well on photos for project life.... Can anyone recommend anything? I have the white opaque star on and hate it.

I think maybe the White Staz ON might be the best for photos, but I hope someone else comes along with more experience with it.

For paper, the pigment inks from Colorbox or Hero Arts Memories seem to be the best, but I don't think that would work on photos.

Am I doing something wrong here? I bought the Colorbox White Stamp Pad and the Hero Arts White Chalk Ink Stamp Pad and they look horrible when I stamp anything. They are both new and definitely not dried out if anyhting it's like they are too liquidy or something? Any help or tips would be great.

I have never used the staz on since it's not sold in the store so I can't comment on that but have heard good things about it so I'm surprised you don't like it. Is white ink just impossible

Brickle, what are you stamping on? Have you uploaded anything to the gallery using those inks?

I really like the Colorbox white pigment ink. The one thing I had to be careful was loading the stamp I had to use not too much pressure but pat it on over and over to get full coverage on the stamp, but not getting ink on the wrong parts of the stamp, kwim? And I used my heat gun to help it to dry faster.

Thanks Heidi! I don't have any that I've uploaded or used in my projects because I always get mad and wipe the white right off and use a different color. I will have to try again and use my heat gun to possibly dry it faster. Thanks for the tip

I would try the Brilliance Moonlight White. It dries on lots of surfaces so it should work on photos. Also you don't have to reink it each time like with the stazon.
