Happy March! Can't believe it is here already!

Let's use the name of the month as inspiration (if you choose to use it, not a requirement). March could mean a musical march, a way of walking, or may make you think of a drum, pa rum pum pum pum .

You can read up here Christmas All Year to see what this challenge is all about.

And look here to see February's posts.

It's never too late to join in and get some Christmas cards (or all occasion, Hanukkah, whatever) made before the need is great and we are rushed!

As I said at the end of February's thread, I think I aimed a little high with a 10 card/month goal . I'm shooting for 5 this month!

Can't wait to see what you make in March!

I only got 2 of my 5 done last month. This month is going to be crazy so my goal is just one.

I like the "marching" theme. Today (3/4) is a day to "march forth..." Just a little funny to help us go foward

Thanks!

I need to get busy this month. I only made three cards for February. Still, my average for Jan./Feb. is five, and that's my goal!

Why do we have so many fake computer generated peas joining. i wonder how much the computer gets paid for if you click on that link...

Heidi, I never click on those. I reported one "person" that gave nonsensical comments to many, many threads and had a different link each time. I don't know what happened with that one. Maybe we should just click the Report Potential Post Violation button so Two Peas can delete them.

I didn't think about them being computer-generated, but I was afraid that clicking on the link might be opening our computers to viruses.

When I leave comments on blogs, I usually have to go through a step that proves that I'm not a computer generated trouble-maker. I wonder if Two Peas could do that for new members.

Heidi ... good inspiration for the day, to march forth!

Remember cardmakers, you can use the prompt, or not, or interpret whatever "March" inspires in you.

I'm glad you pointed out the "fake" Heidi ... I was tempted to click until I saw the title of the link. The comment actually made sense. I was also worried when I noticed only 1 post.

Great suggestions Daria. I clicked on the potential post violation. That's easy enough to do. Maybe you can ask Matt what he can do about bogus new members. I would have no problem with typing a few letters to join.

Thanks for the inspiration. I hope to make my 5 card goal this month. I was super busy last month and made my goal so I should be able to make it this month. Will get started soon. Marching on! LOL!

Can I play with any kind of card? I don't usually make Christmas cards. I saw anything is ok, but is that the spirit of the challenge? I really need a push to get stamping! I think having you all to promise 5 cards too would help me just do it! March is Easter - Maybe Easter and Spring cards!? What do you think? Can I play?

Of course you can play, Marisa! The object of the challenge for me was to get a head start on Christmas cards so I am not stressing out the week before Christmas, and maybe I can actually enjoy the process more. But, not all of us make Christmas cards. So if you want to make Easter cards this month, go for it! Anne (Prospurring) wants to build a stash of Thank you's and birthday cards and such to have on hand. So she has selected a goal that suits her needs.

If you need a little push to get stamping again, sure you can use this challenge. It's very informal . This is just the place to set a goal and share your achievements, and hopefully links to your projects in the stamping gallery.

You might also check out Daniel's (looser) challenge for inspiration. It involves egg shapes.

I have a beautiful music background that I've never used that would be perfect for this month! But why have I been such a lazy and negligent stamper, LOL! I will imagine a pretty card in my head that is blue with music notes and snowflakes and maybe a little bit of glitter! Then maybe when I feel like it I can put my imagination to paper and actually MAKE some!

Great idea for MARCH--thanks for the inspiration!

I can not wait to stamp some more at nap time tomorrow. I made a birthday card combining this challenge and my team challenge. I am going to make and share at least 4 more cards this month.

I love it too, Risa! You are on your way to 5 ... anyone else? All of my "stuff" is out so maybe I'll get some made tomorrow. I have an idea brewing...

Today I made a graduation card that holds a gift card, and a birthday card with a friend. Tonight I did a St Patrick's Day card. I really want to get more St Patty's day and Easter cards done, and then there's the Christmas challenge ... Daniel's egg challenge ... too much fun!

Hope all of you are having some stamping fun too!

I finally got my March "Christmas" cards finished! I went with the "march" idea -- like marching in a Christmas parade. All my cards have something to do with music. I did reach my goal of 5! I am enjoying the prompts each month. It is fun to see what prompt will be next! Thanks!

I'm glad you like the prompts April! Your cards are wonderful! So many nice touches like little pearls, fancy frames, a little glitter here and there! I love them. Hooray for you for meeting your goal!

April, I commented on your cards, but I have to say the angel with the trumpet image is a great one for this prompt, and is one I hadn't thought of before!

It is going to be tough for me to finish this month as I have company, but I hope to make a list of things to work on next week!

April, I love your cards! You make such good use of pp and embellishments in your designs. I also love that trumpeting angel!

I still hope to get some cards made for March. I've been spending a lot of time with a friend who recently had knee replacement surgery (We've watched three seasons of Doc Martin. It helps to take her mind off her pain.)

Still, I have picked out the stamp I want to use. I just need to get busy!

I know it's April, but I'm still working on my March cards. Two are almost finished; three are stamped. Daria

Oh where or where did my little March go? Oh where or where can it be?

Ummmm, uhhh, well ... I've been a very bad hostess

I made 0, goose egg, nada Christmas cards in March. I certainly hope I can make up for it in April.

Every time I thought about it, I really felt like I needed to stamp something else first, a birthday card, Easter cards ...

Oh well, April is another month right?

Congrats to all of you who added to your Christmas card stash! I'm proud of you, and impressed!

Look for April's thread, coming in a few minutes.
Daria, keep working! I'll check back here, remind us on the April thread, to take a look.

OK. Here are my cards for March. I know, I know. It's already April. Still these are the ones I began last month and wasn't able to finish until now. I plan to do more for April.

I made five cards using the Magenta stamp I first saw on Godelieve's blog. I put links in the gallery post to Godelieve's and Anneke's cards that I CASED.

My cards for March.

Thanks for linking up your cards Daria. I left a comment and still need to go check out Godelieve and Anneke's.

Late is my middle name . Don't worry about that one bit. I was so late I didn't do anything in March . Your cards are gorgeous and I'm proud of you for finishing.
