Here are some shots of several of my treasures.
I bought several inches of 12x12 double sided paper. It was 12 sheets for a dollar. Mostly last years lines from Bo Bunny, Prima, Basic Grey, Authentique, and many many more. I went through several boxes of paper, sheet by sheet. I only managed to go through half of her paper as it was smoking hot and I was tired by then. I walk and stand with poles, so it was exhausting to say the least to stand for that long. Next year I will bring a folding stool as there were so many booths of papers and you had to line up to get your chance to look. There were ladies ahead of me who bought $30.00 worth and I still found fabby designs. Most will be able to be used to make cards as I tried to pick lots of small scale prints.
Same lady had all those diecut and chipboard sheets to match her papers for 25 cents each. I could not resist.
My favourite bargain of the day were the Tim Holtz stamps for 6 dollars...I have wanted these for a very long time! I was hoping to get a House Mouse stamp or two...but the lady that brings them only had 15 and I could not walk fast enough to her booth...they were all gone when I got there.
My other fave is the watchmaker teensy tins in the rectangular metal case for 2 dollars. That is for my litle grandaughter to store her brads and her tiny embellies in.
After installing a ticker on my blog to motivate me to use up my flowers, I am embarassed to say I bought more. A bag for 25 cents! The 6x6 paper pad was 75 cents, the spellbinders were 6 dollars..maybe a little pricey but a shape I have wanted for a long time. The Stampin Up on the left in the photo was marked 5 dollars but when I went to pay the lady only took 4. The other Stampin' Up one was 4 dollars too!
The metal maple Leaf and Canada flags are for ATC's so have a plan for them already for a swap I will go in next year!
Hope you enjoyed the peek. I am firmly back in the freezer again and making another 50 cards to get out. The next garage sale in mid July so I have a lot of cards to make by then!
