WSW is starting on Saturday, so this chat thread is only through Friday.

We have been chatting about new (to this forum) stampers in another thread, and I would like to invite you all to participate in this and all our threads. We are really nice peas here in the Stamping Forum and we would love to have new people join in our chats and challenges, regardless of your stamping level, etc!

Today it is overcast but humid. I have an appointment in a little bit. I took a jog earlier that was nice, except when the sun came out.

I did a lot of housework yesterday so I don't have as much today. Not sure what else to do.

Have a great day!

Can't seem to get going today....sheets in the wash, a lot of time on the Net searching for specific stamps (which I don't need). Great day yesterday watching 8 yr. old grandson's 1st All-Star Tournament, which his team won. Miles went 9 for 12 on the day, had several put-outs and no errors. Older grandson's Summer Baseball games in progress for one more week. So, with all these games, not getting any crafting done.

I can see a family of turtles sunning on a willow trunk on the pond.

Hopefully can do some WSW challenges...Heidi, your Stamping Sentimental sounds intriguing, and am curious about Daniel's Stamp-A-Dwelling.

Morning everyone! Looks like another rainy day here. I have to make a quick run to the craft store for a few supplies. I'm trying to finish some things up before I pick my daughter up from cheer camp tomorrow. She's been gone four days We've also been house hunting. It's quite stressful and time consuming. I'm hoping we find something soon Hope everyone has a great day. I'll check back in this afternoon

Overcast & a touch humid here, too. But temps are comfortable. Looks to be much of the same for this week. We had nice overnight showers.

I hearya, Molly. My domestic chores keep calling me, but I'm letting them go straight to voice-mail. LOL on the turtles. Do they use 'Turtle Wax' when they're sunning themselves?

LOL April. Maybe you can find a house before DD gets back from camp. Then you could move & not tell her. My parents tried that once with me. Didn't work. I found them. Always wondered why mom used to wrap my lunch in a road map.

I'm playing a bit with some stuff from my kept KIAE. If I'm lucky they might work for a WSW14 challenge. You never know.

Looks like we might be having a 'cousins' reunion picnic' in Aug. It's just in the early stages of planning, but reaction so far as been positive. We'll see how it goes. If it happens, I'm thinking of baking a whacky cake with peanut butter frosting.

Hope we all have a good today. Catchya later.

Then you could move & not tell her.

My mom used to say she was going to change her name and not tell us what her new name is! For those times when she was sick of hearing "MOM!" She also wanted to climb up in our tree house and pull up the rope!

Today was a pretty productive day, but not on the craft front. Did some laundry and cleaning and went for a bike ride. Nice day, but hot! Went to a food truck rally tonight, with my neighbor. Once the sun started going down there was a nice breeze. I tried chicken on waffles for the first time from a truck called "Curbside Gourmet". Delicious!! A buttermilk battered fried chicken breast between two waffles. Honey on the bottom waffle and Vermont maple syrup on the top. Soooo good, and not greasy.

CG, good luck on your house hunt. You're right, it is stressful! I know I gained weight when we were having our house built. I would treat myself and the kids to milkshakes when we would have to drive to the house or go pick tile or carpet etc. We needed some kind of reward!

DD#2 is graduating from college this week. There are three days of events: department graduation ceremony, student athlete ceremony, and the huge university-wide ceremony in the football stadium. She is three hours away so we will be spending several days out of town with her. I won't be able to get back to stamping until the end of the weekend. Looking forward to WSW14 next week.

Sophikins, I hope you have a great time at your daugthers graduation. How exciting!

Iring, your food truck rally sounds fun. There are not too many of those around here.

CG, good luck on the house hunt. How long have you been hunting? This is a busy time of year for that. It will be interesting to see who the new people will be that buy the houses that have recently sold in my neighborhood. I always hope they have boys to be friends with mine. There are many more girls than boys here.

Daniel, I saw your fun house in the gallery! A few fun projects there this morning to comment on.

Molly, I don't know what all those statistic mean, but that is great your grandson won the game and is having fun. We have a couple more soccer games this year. ODS is doing well this season, has good coaches and has scored a lot. It is just a community league so there is less competition/pressure there.

I'm not sure how many people are going to like my Sentimental WSW challenge. You never know! I do need to take some photographs for it soon to get the blog put together.

Camille has a post for WSW that you might want to check out if you are hosting.

Dinner will be fried chicken (purchased) corn on the cob and a green salad. It is kindof muggy out today.

Hi Everyone! Yesterday I was gone from 10am to 7pm running errands and shopping! My age was telling on me because I found out I just can't do ALL this anymore without hurting! LOL!

April, I hope house hunting goes well. It can be fun and stressful at the same time.

Daniel, I haven't seen your "house" project yet, but will look soon.

Sophikins -- congrats on your daughter's graduation!

The food from the truck rally sounds delicious! I am not sure what supper will be tonight. I need to get with it!

Hope everyone has a good evening. I have posted the BINGO words, so start your lists!

Good morning all. How are you doing on prep for WSW? I need to write my blog and photograph things today.

It is overcast today and there may be thunderstorms today and tomorrow. Should be nice by the weekend.

I also need to get some Father's day cards in the mail.

Sophikins - congrats on your daughter's graduation.

April - good luck with the house hunting. I always found the looking to be fun, but the picking was stressful.

Things have been a bit crazy and stressful since I got back from the New York trip. I was swamped at work. And my husband and I have decided to separate. He's going to move out the beginning of August. I'm ok. It is an amicable separation and it may or may not be permanent.

Needless to say, I haven't been in much of a crafty mood lately. I'm hoping WSW will get my creative juices flowing.

And speaking of WSW, I still have to finish my sample. I've got pieces of it stamped last night. Hopefully I'll have enough energy after exercising to color tonight.

Oh, and I owe you guys the lowdown on the NYC trip. Instead of doing a long post hear, I'll probably put it in a new thread.

I'm back as I made two Father's Day cards and got them mailed out in time. I wonder if they will arrive on time, that is tricky.

I got my WSW14 challenge up. YEAH! Can't wait to see all the others. I tell you, the BINGO game has started off with a bang and we haven't officially started yet!

I had a nice lunch with 3 friends. We ate at a new place and it was very good. I had a chick pea sandwich and side salad.

It has been partly cloudy and muggy outside. May have some showers later.

Not too much going on around here today. I may get some creating done here in a bit.

Hope ya'll have a great day!

Good morning. Just one more day till wsw. Woo!

Today is the last day of school. We will still have quite a few activities through the summer to keep us busy. I am looking forward to not setting the alarm anymore for a while.

Today I want to go shopping for a baby gift and some new shoes for me. I also need to stock up on groceries and buy some adhesive. Oh yeah, and a bottle of wine with a real cork for Cindi's challenge. Now that I think about it, I think I have a lot to do today.

Hope you have a great Friday!

It is a sunny day here this morning. I don't know about this afternoon! I am dog sitting for a friend, so I need to go soon to let the dog out and walk him a bit.

I made a card for some challenges yesterday and posted it on my blog.

Looking forward to WSW and all the chat and challenges!

Hope ya'll have a great day.

I was a good girl and exercised last night, which turned my arms to Jello. So I still haven't finished the samples for my challenge. So I have to get that done tonight, in addition to grocery shopping and exercising after work.

The weather has actually been a little cooler than usual for this time of year. But we are getting the last afternoon thunder storms that are the norm around this time of year.

Good morning all. Happy Friday the 13th!

Today's weather here is a repeat. A bit humid with a chance of showers, but not bad tempwise.

Treated sis to dinner yesterday. We went to a local steakhouse. 'Course sis had seafood alfredo. LOL. I had a NY strip (medium rare) with baked tater & salad. It was good. We also had dessert. Peanut butter/chocolate pie for me. Sweet 'n Salty Caramel pie for sis. We enjoyed ourselves.

Getting around to post my WSW14 Challenge thread. Looks like we're in for a fun week.

LOL on the 'cork' buy, Heidi. I may have a cork somewhere, but it's a durn shame Cindi's challenge isn't for 'beverage' cans--I have plenty of them.

Finished up a piece from SWL's KIAE & have it (& 2 other projects) out for pick-up.

Hope we all have a terrific today. Don't forget to pet a black cat today!

Hey all, just a drive by here. Grad party is today, weather is beautiful. Still working on my KIAE projects and haven't posted my tag yet, hehehe.

Sent in the winning Bingo words so the rest of you might as well quit now.

I did the rock and roll challenge but haven't posted that yet either. Probably too late now, LOL.

Ok, gotta go pick up cupcakes. Cya all later!

Kathy, please do upload your rock n roll and post it to the thread. I would LOVE to see what you came up with! Have a fun grad party!

I forgot it was Friday the 13th! That totally explains DS's behavior this morning!

I have half my errands done and I came home for lunch. It is way more humid out there than I expected!

Craft Nerd, what exercise do you do that makes your arms into jello?
April, I will need to check out your blog.
