have any of you gotten your project back from the July issue of cards yet? I have in my notes that they were supposed to be returned sept 1, but I haven't seen anything come back yet. It's my first pub with them, so I thought I'd check with you old pros to see what's normal. Tia! |

First off, congratulations! That first pub is usually the most special one you'll have! 
About the boxes, sometimes CARDS is really on top of them, and sometimes not. I feel like they send them out sooner in the summer, and in the winter, it can come REALLY late.
Also, sometimes they miss your box - I haven't gotten April and May boxes yet, and in my June box, they accidentally sent me someone's elses card!
If it's any consolation, I haven't received my July box yet, though usually I'm one of the last ones to get anything.  |

I haven't received my July box yet. But today I received my August card without a box of product or magazines. So really weird -right? Who should we email at CARDS about this? |

I had the same issue happen today (got my projects back but no complimentary issue nor products) so I emailed Paige and here's her reply...
starting with the August issue we will be sending projects separately from product and magazines. We've had too many projects ruined so someone besides the magazine shipper is sending back projects to hopefully keep them in perfect shape. So expect your product box and magazines separately soon and from here on out!
So glad to hear that Northridge is taking that extra care with our projects. So I guess we can expect those product boxes soon. |

I haven't gotten my July ST box, either, although Paige told me Monday of last week that they went out the week before. I have no idea what would take so long but I guess I'll have to email again in a day or two... |

Totally frustrating. I emailed again and was told this time that the person handling them was at trade shows and would be sending them today. This after I was told two weeks ago that they went out the week before.
On the other hand today I got my three layouts back from CK for the Nov/Dec issue that hasn't even hit the stands yet. That's the way to do it, CK!!!! |
