Sorry I hope it's OK to post this on here. I'm a new digital scrapper, less than a month but I've been doing it every day. I started out using My Digital Studio (Stampin Up).... nothing wrong with it but I kept seeing references to Photoshop Elements, so I downloaded the Photoshop Elements 11 trial today.... it seriously took me all day because I tried to put it on my Mac and my OS was out of date so it wouldn't install. I put it on my netbook, and have been watching Youtube videos on getting started (while I waited for it to download and install).... ANYWAY it's like six or seven hours into it, and I am MAKING MY FIRST LAYOUT!! And I learned how to use styles, layers, add effects, make gemstones, make ribbon (using bevel, I think? I need more practice).... anyway, I'm so excited. I had to share.  |

Yes, you posted in just the right place! We're all excited that you took the plunge and are learning how to digi scrap!! that is totally awesome. I hope you'll feel comfortable enough to share your efforts in the gallery, and then with a link here so we can all see your progress! good luck!! |

Wow loving your enthusiasm, sounds like you are having so much fun learning new things (the list of which is very impressive). Glad you are enjoying yourself and thanks for sharing
I have PSE11 but it's going to be my Christmas pressie so haven't installed it yet. You've got me really excited (currently using PSE9 and certainly not to full advantage). |
