I'm sorta new to digital photobooks but the few that I've done in the past have been with Shutterfly and I was limited to the number of pages I could have. Where is the best place to create a book with unlimited pages? TIA

I've only used Shutterfly. I think Blurb allows more pages but I'm not exactly sure how many.

I think Blurb can accommodate more pages than Shutterfly, but there is a limit to how many pages can go in any book due to the spine/binding. My suggestion is to figure out how many pages you plan to print, and then find the company that will fit for the best price.
I photograph things, I run and bike for fun and exercise, I sew, I knit, and I document it all here ...
What I use:
Nikon 50mm f1.8
Nikon 28mm f2.8
Nikon 24-70mm f2.8
Mostly, my iPhone 4
Sometimes, my Coolpix s550.
Lightroom 4 and/or CS5 on a 27" iMac

Agreed that there usually is some limit due to limitations in binding the papers... otherwise would have to be a completely custom made book!
Blurb does allow more pages, depending on the type of paper you choose. The nicer the paper the less amount of pages, because they take up more space in the binding. You can play around with the options on the pricing page http://www.blurb.com/pricing
Hope that helps!
