I was just on Pinterest looking at a bunch of color inspiration boards - and wondering ... Is there a color you never scrap in?

For me it is for sure purple - and with a house full of girls none the less. This week I shall scrap in purple

We have a purple twin and a pink twin, so purple is EASY for me! Blue, not so much.

Pink for me. It is a very rare thing--I'm not a pink girl and with all boys, it doesn't work for me. Too girly.

Nope. I think I've scrapped every color imaginable. I don't love them all equally, and a few I've done for color challenges, but I'm an equal opportunity scrapper!

For me it's pink. I always tell Liz I have pink envy lol since we only have boys but in reality I think that's irrelevant. I like to challenge myself though so maybe I need to try pink.
Liz- I love blue- it goes really well with orange which I also love.

Not a colour as such but I can't seem to do monochromatic pages well and I love the look of them (especially the white on white). I just love having lots of contrast on my page.

Oh and Janelle (or anyone else) have any links to good Pinterst inspiration boards? I have recently re-organised my boards to separate out my inspiration boards to things like design and layout, colour and texture, text and so on.

Love what Stef said... "Equal opportunity scrapper"

This is me too. I like all colors and really only steer clear of neons.

Yes, purple is hard for me to scrap! But maybe a lavender-ish color wouldn't be too hard, but still challenging.

another equal opportunity scrapper although I definitely use blues, greens and neutrals the most. I don't purposely avoid any colors, even using pink on boy pages sometimes. But I don't often scrap using plaids or stripes. So I guess we all have our preferences.

Now that someone brought up white--white is hard for me too. If I use any white--it is an offwhite/texture and I usually blend a picture into it. Yellow and orange hard too--unless specifically for Halloween or Thanksgiving--but even then I try to go for the browns or blacks instead.

Orange is hard for me--I like it, but it's hard unless it's a Halloween layout or something! I use pink on my grandson's layouts at times. One of my grandsons LOVES pink! He's one of the BIRD grandsons. Such a riot! One of my granddaughters loves purple (and peace signs) and one of them loves Pink and bling!
