I'm a paper scrapper but want to print out some digital papers to use just like I would use commercial patterned paper.

I want to print on paper that has the same finish as regular cardstock -- it doesn't need to be as thick, but I don't want any shine at all.

I've heard though that some papers I might use will fade faster than others.

I would prefer to buy a printer and print at home, but would consider sending them to a print service.

On the Persnickety website it said something about their prints on cardstock not being as permanent as on regular photo paper. They said that their matte paper has a very matte finish. Does anyone have experience with this?
