I just received an HP Photosmart 7520 for Christmas, mainly to print printables and to help with keeping my Project Life up to date. When I try to print my 4x6 photos, they are printing larger than 4x6 and the photo is going outside of the margins, cutting off some of my designs. I'm very frustrated and not sure what to change to print my actual 4x6 photos to size. I size everything in Photoshop at 300 dpi at 4x6. Any help would be very appreciated!
You do not mention what platform you are using, Mac or windows?
What exactly are you trying to do? You say it cuts of your design, what kind of format are you trying to print?
I don't think it's your printer but the print dialogue software where a setting needs to be made. But since I don't know if you use a Mac or windows I can't help you any further.

I have to agree with pnwdutchgirl in that it may be a print dialogue software problem. I have the HP Photosmart 7510 which I'm assuming is similar to yours and I use windows. When you're ready to print, in page set up choose 4 x 6 in photo tray using 4 x 6 photo paper and under advanced choose the borderless option.
Hope this helps you.
I am having the same trouble with mine! The image is sized to be 4x6 and when I use 4x6 paper in the tray, and choose 4x6 borderless, the photo is cropped differently than my real document. So frustrating. Really hoping someone has an answer.
