Hello!

Here is to Part 3 of Week 6 of our class. The first project/video/pdf for this week is up HERE.

This week focuses on Dimensional Pearls, Liquid Pearls and Stickles from Ranger. Today's video talks about creating background.

And, of course, we need prizes! Each week we will offer a challenge. Just play along and we will pick THREE winners of some prizes from Hero Arts and Ranger. Please post your project by Sunday, 7/26 at 11pmEDT.

The challenge for this week is to use any of the techniques presented in the videos/projects for these paints. You can use any products, but we would love to see some Ranger and Hero Arts! (Both companies donated a TON of prizes.) When putting them in the Gallery, don't forget to click the appropriate box indicating your project is part of the Thinking Inking Class, Week 6.

NOTE: If you don't have these paints yet, you can use other similar paints for the challenge. I don't want anyone left out.

Also, please link your project here on this thread so that everyone can see it.

Have fun!

Love the kissed watercolor background, in particular, but I also like the embossed resist. One of these days I'll have to get some dimensional pearls & give these a try.

Well, I think I'm going to have to order some dimensional pearls now...they are simply beautiful!

Thank you, Jennifer, for another great class.

I just have to say how much you have inspired me with these thinking inking classes. Today I used some dimensional pearls, stickles and distress inks on some chipboard shapes, all of which I have had for over a year and never touched. I am even happy with the end result. I can't thank 2peas and Jennifer enough for the great classes and inspiration...

Jennifer what beautiful cards. I bought some of those dimensional pearls about 4 years ago and have never opened them! Can't wait to play now. Thank you so very much for these classes.

I have a question how and what did you use on the white butterflies and hearts?????

Thank you to two peas and Jennifer - this class has been great, I am so excited with all these new ideas. Does two peas carry the Making Memories 8x8 journal paper? I tried to locate it to add to my shopping cart but could not find it.

I really loved the way you painted with the liquid pearls, Jennifer. So, I painted some paper flowers and have loved how they have come out.

Thanks so much for the video! All techniques are awesome, and you showed us really beautiful results!!!
I thought "I have to get and try the Dimentional Pearls!", especially love the background fabric works - distress stickles on fabric - though.
TFS your beautiful works with us, Jennifer!

I was wondering if somewhere along the line you have used the Outline Flowers design background by Hero? I have seen it used somewhere recently and can't figure out where. I have tried to rewatch your thinking inking classes again, but haven't been able to find it, if you used it, so just thought I would ask. I do realize there is a list at the bottom but keep thinking I have just missed the particular episode. Thanks for your help.
