I have the American Crafts Elf Candy Cane Thickers for sale. I have quite a bit, so there will be plenty to go around.
They are $3.50 each plus shipping. I only ship in the US. Average cost for shipping is $1.95 for 1 set, $2.12 for 2 sets, $2.26 for 3 sets, $2.80 for 4 sets. Of course this will depend on your zip code, but this has been pretty much standard. I take Paypal only please.

One Pack $1.95
Two Packs $2.12
Three Packs $2.46
Four Packs $2.80

So the total WITH SHIPPING would be:

Three Packs=$12.96
Four Packs=$16.80
