If anyone has a scraprack they wishing to pay forward, trade, or sell at a SEVERE discount I would love for you to PM me. My budget is VERY MINIMAL, but I think this would really help me with my project life album. I started using project life with supplies I had on hand and want to use my stash before I buy anything else - so please pm me if you have a bargain, trade or are wishing to pay one forward.
