Just making sure that you know the Imagine is discontinued by PC. It is very hard to locate a new one right now. Not trying to discourage you from buying one, just wanted you to know that PC is no longer making them. No new carts are being made for the Imagine. Some of the Imagines can be temperamental too. I have one and like it, but I don't use it as often as my E.
Again,I am not trying to discourage you, just wanted to let you know about the Imagines, before you sell your Expression.

This is the first I've heard of that...do you know why PC quit making the Imagine? I have a new one still in the box & never used yet! I been using the Expression mostly!

I didn't know that. Thank you for telling me! Do you know why they are discontinued? Also, I have the original Expression and was wondering if there are enough upgrades in the Expression 2 to make it worth while to sell my original and upgrade to that? I may end up just keeping my Expression...no point in upgrading if I'm not going to be able to find the stuff I need for it.

I really don't know why PC stopped making the Imagine. I know that some people had trouble with their Imagines, and had to get them replaced. I have never used mine with Cricut Craft Room, but I have heard that some Imagines did not play very well with CCR.
The E2 is a good machine, and so is the Expression. The E2 has an LCD screen. You do not need overlays with the E2, since the screen will display the overlay. There is a light that comes on when you are cutting with the E2. There is a guide to put your Cricut mat when you are going to cut on the E2. There are other different features too, but I can't think of them right now. If you look on You Tube, you can probably find lots of videos on the E2 that will explain the features much better than I could. I have seen them go on sale for $200-$250.00 range at Michaels when they are on sale. Hope this helps you in your decision making.

After researching a little more I actually have decided to keep my Expression. I had no idea that I could use it with Sure Cuts A Lot 2! Thanks for the advice and info ladies!
