I have a expression 2 Circut coming and want to buy some carts. Is there something wrong with a cart. when it says linked, or something about Gypse(spelling)?

As you can see I dont know what I'am talking about.

there is nothing wrong with a linked cart if you didn't buy it to use on your own gypsy. if you are only using it directly with your expression, you are fine with a linked cart.
