You know what's funny? Last year, when this was re-posted, I was thinking "Man, some people got so up in arms about this and missed the humor, give me a break!" and then I read a post I made in which I was up in arms and CLEARLY missed the humor!!!! Lord, a-mighty.

Yep, this is the BEST post I've ever read on Two Peas. NOW it feels like Christmas! Thanks so much for reposting the original thread-I've been thinking about this since Thanksgiving, but I couldn't remember exactly how it went. It is so hilarious!

I'm a new pea, so I hadn't seen this yet, so funny!
My mother is a member of a whippet list -- and there's a similar story on the list. The poster's whippet jumped on the trampoline to get the ummph to clear the fence. Then ran to the dog hating neighbors' house and stole baby Jesus! They ended up putting Jesus back unharmed and covering the paw prints in the snow. |
