I know it's been about 2years or so since we have come together in this forum & I have seen so many new sisthas here on the boards. I just wanted to say "hi" to you and "re-connect."
I have seen some of you in the magazines and some of you now have your own kit clubs, I am so happy for you and very proud!! You are breaking some major ground in this industry.
For some I have been following you on your blogs.
I have been hosting monthly crops for about 2 years now and I enjoy it so much. i have met some wonderful women of color, and they are so talented.

Stopping by to say hi, and to greet all of the new AA Scrappers that have joined the board in the last year or so. It has really been great to see your presence on the board. More people of color are catching on and realizing the importance of documumenting "our history" and that being creative is cool. I look forward to seeing more of your work, and getting more involved myself, and getting to know some of you.

Oooh I would definitely love to join in as well....I remember seeing a group awhile back and then life happened and I lost touch for awhile. I would love to be a part of your group.

Hi all. Not new, but mostly a lurker. I live in Charlotte and have a monthly scrapbook club kit that I run with my friend Ashla. I don't want to break any rules here and say what it is, but if you check out Adrienne's blog (momof3kids1036) you can find a link. She is on our design team and is WONDERFUL.
Lisa (maxinit) joins us every once in a while, but she confesses to being mostly a lurker. Hopefully we will change that! LOL!
Stephanie is a great regular on our site and actually was just chosen as our first member guest designer!
Tiare, I think I remember you from years ago. Were you a subscriber to Scrap of the Month when they first started? I think that is where I remember your name from. I also saw you on HGTV Crafters Coast to Coast--you go girl! |

Hi, I've been scrapping forever, or at least it seems that way. Did my first book in High School, but got serious about it (ie investing in tools and such) about five years or so ago. I don't post often, I mostly just come and lurk. I belong to other boards and don't have time to post to them all AND scrap because I work full time.
