Remember when Jesse said that he was doing his job for the time being and then he is going to retire on the money.
He wants to devote his time to a wife and kids.
I think he is fun, and will be fun for a lifetime. He balances her so well.
Jason was good on paper, but he was sooo, something. I am not sure what. Girly? Insecure? Something. I could not love and respect a man like that. | |

Even at 53, I guess Im a rebel. I think Jason is a beautiful man and will make an incredible husband, but the more they pushed him, and the more her family liked him, the more I was pulling for Jessie. I think her sister in law was right, contrary to what some people said, I think they will have a fun excting life together which is what alot of people in their 20s want to still do. Her life with Jason would have been settling down right away, okay for some people, but I think she is a more free spirit than he is.
I cant believe how much this show touched me. I cried when I saw how nervous Jesse was and how thrilled they both were when they were able to pledge their love to each other. I am very impressed with Deanna...she is a higher quality person than I thought to begin with. As a parent of grown children, of course I want security for them, but more than that,I want them to have true love... it is an experience that doesnt happen to everyone...I would wish that for them and am happy for Deanna and Jesse.

Part of me was not surprised at her decision. They are both young and risk takers. I guess everyone has their own taste; so I won't judge her for deciding on whom she wanted for always. After all, we were not with each of these couples 24/7 and she may have been overwhelmed at jumping right into motherhood or maybe she didn't really want to be the second choice for her husband, who really knows? Editing takes out a lot of things and adds a lot of things to make it appear differently. That is her decision. I just wouldn't have made the same choice.
BTW...I have seen stranger matches, where I thought their marriages wouldn't last or they would be in trouble after a few years; but there isn't a one of these couples that have divorced or are unhappy. They still remain together and have very strong, long, healthy marriages. So you never know what happens with the heart.

I think I knew it was Jesse for sure when he hit if off with her sisters so well.
Jesse stood our from the very beginning with his crazy outfit and pick shoelaces but he was just being himself.
I wish them happiness forever !!!
